Listana.me is a free community listing platform based in Las Pinas, Metro Manila. We provide a digital space for users to post advertisements. Listana.me does not own, sell, resell, or inspect any of the items or services listed on this site.
2. Direct Transactions
All interactions and transactions are strictly person-to-person. Listana.me is not a middle-man, broker, or agent. We do not facilitate payments, shipping, or guarantees. Users are encouraged to know their parties and to meet in safe, public locations for physical exchanges.
3. Limitation of Liability
Listana.me is not involved in, and shall not be held liable for, any disputes, losses, damages, or fraudulent activities arising from the use of this service. Users interact at their own risk. We provide the "venue" only, and the accuracy of any listing is the sole responsibility of the poster.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to post spurious, sexual, illegal, deceptive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates community standards or local laws in the Philippines without prior notice.
